This whimsical tutu set is a simply beautiful! The romper is made out of 100% cotton has a button back design. The tutu is made with yards of tulle and it is full and fluffy! Non-roll, stretchy elastic is used on the waist band so that it will stretch a few more inches to ensure a comfortable fit. The length is proportionate to size ordered.

This set is ready to ship. All sales are final.
